Connect your AI agent

Clipoter runs a local MCP server (Pro) so AI agents like Claude Code and Claude Desktop can search and act on your clipboard history — no copy-paste shuffling.

  1. Enable in Settings
    Open Settings → MCP and turn on the server. It listens only on your computer (127.0.0.1) and is secured with an access token.
  2. Copy the config
    Click “Copy client config” to grab the endpoint URL and token as ready-to-paste JSON.
  3. Paste into your client
    Add it to Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or any MCP-compatible client and start asking your AI about your clipboard.
